Huskies in Pounds
New South Wales, Australia
This page lists a number of Siberian huskies currently in pounds and shelters
throughout New South Wales, that are looking for homes.
Whilst Husky Rescue tries to re-home as many dogs as possible through our Adopt a Husky page, we are unfortunately unable to help every dog in need.
Please note the listings on this page are not associated with or affiliated with the Siberian Husky Club of NSW or with the volunteers of Husky Rescue. You should make your own enquiries about the dogs listed before deciding whether they are suitable for your family. If you would like general advice or have questions about the Siberian husky breed characteristics, please email rescue@shcnsw.org.au
The listings on this page are only a few of the dogs available in your local area. For details on pounds and shelters in your area, please contact your local council. A number of animal welfare facilities are also listed on this page.
PERCY

Percy is an 18 month old Malamute X Husky who was surrendered to Wingecarribee Animal Shelter by a dog minder when Percys owners did not return to claim him and didn't want him back. staff have found him to be a lovely boy but he needs a new home quickly as he is a bit stressed in the kennel environment. He needs an owner that has experience with the breed.
Percy has already had all his vet work done and is ready to go to his new home. He is desexed, microchipped, lifetime registered, 1st vaccination and wormed/flea treated. He is available for $274 which covers his costs at the shelter.

Please consider this lovely boy and if you are interested in him becoming part of your family contact:
Alice Thompson at Wingecarribee Animal Shelter 4868 1520 (Bowman Road, Moss Vale NSW 2576)
or email Alice at alice.thompson@dogshome.com

He has a very short black and white coat. Jack is a very active boy and needs a new home where his owners will give him lots of exercise. Would likely do well with sledding. Jack does sit on command.
Jack comes to you desexed, heartworm tested and proheart injected, C5 vaccinated, all-wormed and flea and tick treated.

He is available now for a $200 adoption donation to AMRAA.
